Do you offer free worldwide shipping?

Yes we offer free worldwide shipping on all products!

Occasionally we run promotions where we give products away for free, in which case we may charge shipping given that the products are being given out for free!

How long does shipping take?

Our average delivery time is between 2-3 weeks for some products. In some cases shipping may take less than that and occasionally it may actually take longer than 3 weeks if the package gets hung up in customs on its way into your home country.

We ship worldwide so delivery times are all averages.

Our store ships to more than 200 countries. Delivery can take up to 6 weeks in busy periods so please be patient

How can I track my order?

We have a Track Order page where you can use either your order number or your email address to check the status of your order.

 

How can I pay?

We accept online payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Online payments are safe and easy. We do not accept cash on delivery.

 

How will I be informed about my payment and shipment?

You will receive an order confirmation email when we have received your payment successfully. You will receive a second email to confirm the shipment of your order. You will always be up to date and can check the order status using our Track Order page.

 

I ordered more than one item and I have only received one item, why is that?

We work with multiple suppliers so if you place an order for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.

Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

 

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email of my order? 

Please make sure your email address is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
